Materials
What a finished piece is made of.
Every piece begins as an archival pigment print. Prints are matted in ivory with a fine gold line and hand-framed in molding chosen against the room the portrait will hang in. Albums are bound in linen or leather and blocked in gold.
Archival is not a marketing word here. It is the reason the print you hang this year still looks like itself when the dog in it is only a memory.
How It Is Made
From frame to finished object.
Nothing is chosen from a menu after the fact. The artwork is designed while the session is still being planned, so the portraits are made for the piece they will become.

Design First
We talk about the wall before we talk about the camera. Room, light, scale, and the piece you want to live with.

Selection
Together we choose the frames that earn a place. Fewer images, better ones. A wall is not a feed.

Print and Finish
Each portrait is printed, matted, and framed for its size, then checked by hand before it leaves the studio.
